1. Product Information

Tule Design takes great care to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and reflect the true nature of the items. However, due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of all product information and images. Product availability, prices, designs, and materials may vary and are subject to change without notice. This may include variations due to the availability of source materials or the unique, individualized nature of each design. As each product is custom-crafted, slight differences in appearance or construction may occur, and these variations are considered part of the artisanal process.

3. Pricing and Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product(s) at the prices indicated at the time of ordering.  As many of our products are individually crafted and made to order, prices are subject to change based on the specifics of the design and the materials required. All orders are subject to availability and the confirmation of order details, which may include adjustments to price based on customization or sourcing requirements. Full payment, including shipping costs, must be made in full before production begins and shipment of the products.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and refunds on orders subject to our returns and refunds policy. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for detail.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and images on the website are the property of Tule Design. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tule Design is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Switzerland.

9. Changes to Terms

Tule Design reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and any order or purchase constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Tule Design, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our individually crafted, made-to-order products. Due to the custom nature of these items, we have a specific returns and refunds policy in place. Please read the details below:

1. Returns

As our products are individually crafted to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made orders unless the product is defective, damaged, or there has been an error in fulfilling the order. This includes all personalized, bespoke, or specially designed items.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@tuledesign.com with a detailed description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

3. Order Errors

If we make an error with your order, such as incorrect customization, design, or material, please notify us within 7 daysof receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the mistake and provide a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Cancellations 

Since our products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production will have begun, and cancellations or changes to the order can no longer be accommodated.

5. Changes to specifications

Individual customization of products is part of Tule Design’s commitment to producing bespoke and handcrafted products.  Unless indicated otherwise, Tule Design may begin production 24 hours after the initial order is placed, according to the notes provided with the order on the website.  Should further specification be required, this should be communicated to info@tuledesign.com within 24 hours. Final specifications and price must be confirmed by email by both parties.  Following this agreement, full payment must be received within 24 hours.  Once full payment has been received, production will begin and no further adjustments to specifications can be made.

6. Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on custom-made items. If you’re unsure about the design or specifications of your order, please reach out to us before confirming your purchase or within 24 hours of initial purchase – see ‘Changes to Specifications’), and we would be happy to assist you in making the right choice.

7. Returns Process for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is eligible for a return due to damage or defect, please follow these steps:

      1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@tuledesign.com with your order number and details of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

      1. Provide photos of the damage or defect for assessment.

      1. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense.

    8. Shipping Costs for Returns

    If your return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.

    9. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    10. International Returns

    For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes incurred. The return process will remain the same as for domestic returns.
